Pricing of all products on our website is in U.S. or Canadian dollars and can be accessed by clicking on either the U.S. or Canadian Flag.

Availability

All items listed on our website are subject to availability. With the high volume of orders we receive and the items we carry, at times, an item may be sold before we are able to update our site. If an item is out of stock, a sales consultant will personally and promptly contact you to assist in looking for a comparable item.

If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, please email one of our sales consultants at info@icewhitediamond.com and we will be pleased to advise you once this item is available for shipping.

Sales Tax & Duties

Icewhitediamond.com does not charge taxes and duty on purchases made within the United States of America.  However, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs tax or duties applicable in your State. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.

Icewhitediamond.com is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are required by law to collect Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) from residents within Ontario or for purchases delivered within the Province of Ontario, Canada.

HST is not applicable to merchandise shipped outside the Province of Ontario to residents of other Provinces or to the United States of America. We do not collect sales tax or duties for other Provinces or States. Compliance with any Province or State sales or use tax is the responsibility of the customer.

Repairs/Sizing

Your ring will be shipped to you sized appropriately according to your purchase.  Icewhitediamond.com does not offer re-sizing of any rings nor do we offer repairs. However, many jewellers will be happy to re-size or repair your ring at a nominal fee.
