Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment. The full purchase price of the item, less the cost of shipping and applicable taxes, will be refunded to the original form of payment only. Merchandise will be inspected upon return and items not in their original condition and/or packaging, showing signs of wear, or that have been personalized with engraving will not be accepted for return. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Conditions of return

  • Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped by icewhitediamond.com.
  • Return orders received after 30 days (including weekend days) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Badly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted.

Instructions for return(s) and/or exchange(s)

  1. Call 1-866-894-1122 or email info@icewhitediamond.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will receive an e-mail advising you of the address to send your return. A handling fee of $50 will be applied if your merchandise is returned to any other address.
  2. Include all original packaging materials. If your item was delivered with a GIA Certificate or any other Grading Report, this documentation must be returned with the item; otherwise a replacement fee of $40 will be deducted from the amount being credited to you. Please include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and, for security reasons, do not indicate "diamonds" or "jewelry" anywhere on the package.
  3. Your package must be shipped following the instructions provided in our email to you and must be insured for the total value of the contents.  Some shipping companies have minimum liability and, therefore, you may be required to obtain additional insurance from an independent company. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, if it is determined the item for return is defective, or not as ordered, icewhitediamond.com shall reimburse the cost of return shipping to the customer. Please include a copy of the receipt of return shipping cost. Failure to do so, will forfeit your right to reimbursement.

Warranty Guarantee

Icewhitediamond.com offers the highest quality loose diamonds and fine jewelry. All icewhitediamond.com merchandise has a limited 30-day warranty, and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.

Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer. Icewhitediamond.com shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.
