Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped FREE via UPS 2nd Day Delivery and are fully insured. If you require your order to be shipped more rapidly, please contact us at service@icewhitediamond.com and we will be pleased to upgrade your shipping method for a minimal charge.  All sterling silver and contemporary metal items will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders within Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy and are fully insured.  Canada Customs may elect to inspect your parcel which may delay shipping.  Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated based on the item total and shipping destination. Costs include shipping fees paid to carriers as well as provincial and federal taxes paid on your behalf, if applicable, to your shipment. The shipping and applicable taxes charge will not appear until final check-out.  Orders placed within Canada of $150.00 or more will be shipped FREE.  All sterling silver and contemporary metal items will ship via Canada Post Priority Mail.

Orders are processed as they are received. Merchandise in stock normally ships within 2-3 business days. If you have ordered merchandise which requires the diamond(s) or stone(s) to be set, your order will normally ship within 7-9 business days.  Items on our website that indicate they are 'custom made' will ship within 7-9 business days.

*Important: If payment method is by Banker's Cheque, shipping will only be executed once the Banker's Cheque has cleared the icewhitediamond.com bank account.

International Shipping

Icewhitediamond.com will ship to Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East at a fixed rate of $60.00 (U.S.), which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased.  Should there be any additional shipping fees due to the destination, we will correspond with you immediately.  Estimated shipping times are 4-6 business days.

The customer is responsible for any customs tax or duties.  Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.  The customer is responsible for additional charges relating to customs clearance, if any.  Icewhitediamond.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.  Customs policies vary from country to country and you should therefore contact your local customs office in order to obtain all necessary information.

We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia.  Please note that icewhitediamond.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any International Order.  In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, you will be contacted immediately.

From time to time we may be unable to ship items Internationally due to certain distribution agreements and restrictions.

Delivery Details

• Orders are shipped to your billing address.  For security reasons, if you provide an alternate shipping address, you must contact your credit card company to add this address to your account information. Both the billing and shipping address must be verifiable with your credit card company and/or issuing bank.
• Orders are shipped and insured via Federal Express or UPS.  If another courier service is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.
• Sterling Silver and any other contemporary metal items will ship Priority Mail via USPS or Canada Post.
• FedEx and UPS are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address. A physical street address is required for delivery.
• We will not change the shipping address under any circumstances once the order has been shipped.
• Shipping methods may be upgraded for a minimal charge.  Please contact us if you wish to have your shipment upgraded.
• An email confirming shipment will be sent and will include a tracking number for your reference.

Shipments are Insured

We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy to receive a signature for all Icewhitediamond.com orders, regardless of any signature wavers you might have with FedEx or UPS.
